Progress is certainly being made!! 

We've decided to have a get together with people from work on the 18th of August.  Just a celebration of our wedding and our house, even though we've been here since mid March.  It should be nice although, against my better judgment, I invited the entire organization, for fairness sakes.  It paid off though because my group leader called me in to tell me how proud she was that I'm "making steps in the right direction."  She indicated that there have been events where the "entire team is invited except 2 people ... can't think of when that was but I'm not in the arguing mood, surprisingly.  I guess it was supposed to be a complement so I'll have to take it as that. 

This weekend, we plan to hang pictures and get the house somewhat in order.  Hopefully we can have some fun too.  Lately, we've been pretty tired and haven't done too much ... getting back into the work rhythm hasn't been too easy.  HOWEVER, there is NOTHING wrong with taking care of our needs.  :)

That being said, life is good.  :)
